Hyundai's duo of crossovers, the 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe and Santa Fe Sport, receive some upgrades this year, including new equipment and minor mechanical changes. Pricing also changes slightly for Santa Fe Sport 2.0T and all Santa Fe models.
Both vehicles receive tuning changes for the power steering system for increased feel and a slightly stiffer suspension front and rear for tighter ride and handling. New optional equipment for both the Santa Fe and Santa Fe Sport includes a power liftgate, and two new exterior colors—Sparkling Silver and Platinum Graphite—are added to the palette.
The 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport's base price is unchanged at $25,825 with destination. Upgrading from this model's 2.4-liter four-cylinder to the turbocharged 2.0T model now costs a bit more for 2015, as the 2.0T's price goes up $600, to $32,125. Adding all-wheel drive to either model still costs $1,750, and there are a few new standard features for 2015 including daytime running lights, a driver's blind-spot mirror, and an auto up/down front passenger window. The 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport's front grille also has a slightly different look.
Prices for the larger, three-row 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe rise $250 across the board, with the GLS model costing $31,025 and the Limited model starting at $35,125. The same new standard features as the Santa Fe Sport are also now included on the Santa Fe.
The 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe and Santa Fe Sport are on sale now.
